This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through On Demand Auto Care. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $70 within the United States. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order is processed. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International transit times vary by destination and customs processing. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at ondemandautodetail@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
